Shower Card for my Sister Carrie!

So...my baby sister is getting married!!
There are four of us girls and we're all so excited!
I chose this image becuase it looks like Carrie,
and I forever remember her like this!

The inside of the card reads...
"We read you fairy tales
when you were young,
knowing one day
your prince would come!
Wishing you a
Happily Ever After"

Close up of the image from
Sugar Nellie

I chose the
Cherish and Today Sentiments
for the front of the card
The pull tag says...
"For today is your
Someday"

There is a hodgepodge of product on this card.
Tim Holtz Crackle Paint, Stickles & Embellies
Paper from GCD Autumn Afternoon
Lace from Jo Ann Fabrics
Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts
Vintage brads from Stampin' Up

I have a couple of posts tonight :)
This one is a very simple card for a dear friend
who LOVES the color purple.
I literally had 15 minutes to throw it together!
I had colored the image with her in mind but
had not yet made the card.

Christmas in July

Anya Ink has posted another challenge.
I am soooo ready for Christams cards now!
Head on over and check out the
Design Team creations - so sweet!

I just love this winter image - she's precious!

The sentiment is from Catslife Press
I used distress crackle paint around the edges
of all the layers to give the wintery look.

changed the orientation a bit.
"Lazy Days of Summer"
Sorry for the poor light on some of them.

And finally - a picture of the card closed,

The paper is Minds Eye
I used watercolor paper and Copics for the images
Prima Flowers and Recollection Brads
Distressed Stickles on the butterfly wings and flowers
