'Cupcake' Belles 'n Whistles

Once I color an image I love the challenge of incorprating the right colors and embellishments that ultimately bring a card to life. I inked the Prima flowes to match the inked image and added a little stickles for bling. The paper is from the Just Dreamy  My Minds Eye paper pack. The only thing missing is the sentiment - which hasn't arrived from Catslifepress.com yet! IF you haven't had the opportunity... check out their sweet circle sentiments!

Sneak Peek of a recessed window card for my partner in the GIBBS swap so shhhhh. I really had fun learing how to use this technique on a card and added a piece of ribbon and an extra score line so she can either stand it or hang it for viewing! Another one of my baby sisters is having a birthday next Sunday. Her card is all about SPRING as I am tired of this wintery weather! Another Sugar Nellie image and some SU Designer paper and PaperStudio products - quite the hodgepodge!

Being a 'card gal' I hadn't done any scrapbooking until the Design Team Call came from Above Rubies Studio....so.... here's my first layout. My daughter Alec IS the beautiful princess!
